Richard
Director
During Richard’s 20 year career he has been a Developer, Team Lead, Consultant, Technical Architect and other roles within software development teams.
For the last few years he has been specialising in the Pharmaceutical industry and is GAMP trained.
Karen
Director
Karen is one of the founding directors of Maly, having been with us since the companies establishment in 2009. She runs the administrative side of the company with her position as Head of HR.
Ashleigh
Developer
Ashleigh is a talented developer with strong experience in testing for regulated industries. Working primarily in the pharmaceutical industry, she is all about detail and rigour. In a testing environment if it can be broken, Ashleigh will break it!
Bringing these and other development skills to the table, Ashleigh helps to ensure our high quality standards.
Chris
Developer
With many years development experience, most recently in the insurance industry, Chris can take your needs and create a solution that suits you, no matter how complex or difficult the requirements.
He is able to work quickly, accurately and with clear documentation to ensure even strict regulatory bodies will find their system acceptable.
Steve
Developer
Steve joined us for a placement year in 2020, and has been a programmer with Maly in some capacity ever since. Whilst working with us part time during his third year, Steve has completed his degree and has now joined Maly as a full-time programmer helping develop our OKUDA platform, as well as supporting client specific projects.
Mary
Project Lead
After starting working life as a professional dancer, then retraining in web development as a Front End Developer, Support Team Manager & Team Leader within a financial services firm, Mary has joined our team as Project Lead.
Bringing technical experience and soft skills to the table she will work with our clients and developers to deliver their projects
Grace
Tester and Administrator
Grace has been with the company from very early on and is our master helper of all things administrative and testing whilst she is studying for her degrees.
She has been able to apply all the skills she has developed throughout her time at university to her position with Maly, and has also been able to develop her skills at the company to be able to apply to her career development.
