Maly understood the level of process control required for a global pharmaceutical enterprise. Deploy, operate, support and develop a platform for sensitive data in a secure way according to customer requirements

Maly we’re able to get to grips with the Cerberus MVP (supporting financial compliance processes), understand its design and code base and architect a solution to host it securely on AWS. Having deployed it they then put in place the operational and support services required to make it a robust and reliable solution to demonstrate to potential clients of Insight. Maly also created a parallel “Sandpit” version of the Cerberus Platform which they used to develop and test a range of new features and capabilities for Insight such as additional audit reporting, improved email certification and improved notifications of overdue compliance steps.
The Result
Insight now had a robust and reliable first version of their Cerberus product that they can demonstrate to their financial service customers, as well as an expert technical support team. This version is able to support any proof of concepts or implementations that they secure as a result of their business development activities. Furthermore, they now have a product development roadmap (with supporting testbed environment) for Cerberus including planned multi-tenancy, so that it can support multiple corporate clients (and many concurrent users) simultaneously, future integration with Maly’s Okuda tool will also bring low code process modelling and automation.

Transfer their CRM and Client Projects from one SaaS solution to another removing dependence on Capsule CRM

Maly were able to securely extract all of the relevant data from the Capsule platform and transfer it to PD Tax internal SharePoint site for later upload to FYI. Furthermore, Maly identified that this would be a time intensive manual process and would also overwhelm SharePoint if the upload of files was done in one large batch. So, Maly software engineer Steve created an automated script to extract the data from Capsule and then another script to transfer it in the right format and to the right place in their SharePoint system. This saved PD Tax a significant amount of manual work and ensured the data was transferred efficiently and securely.
The Result: PD Tax now have all of their client and lead contact data as well as project information in the internal SharePoint and are no longer dependent on the external Capsule platform. They can transfer the data to FYI when they are ready and have a secure backup of all their important client and project data.
